Terms of Use
Clauditor is a product of Design Master Solutions. It connects to the WhatsApp and email you already use, reads incoming messages and, when you allow it, replies on its own with an artificial intelligence agent. By creating an account you agree to what's described here.
In Brazil, Clauditor is operated by A DE BORTOLO SOLUÇÕES EM INTERNET LTDA (DesignMaster Agência Digital), CNPJ 10.620.937/0001-13. For existing accounts, this version applies from October 15, 2026.
1. The account
The account is free and never expires: there is no "trial period" that runs out. Every new account starts with a credit bonus so you can try it without a card. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your password private.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. How billing works
You don't pay a subscription for the product itself. What you pay for is the CREDIT the agent consumes as it handles conversations: the more it works, the more credit is used. Top-ups are made by Pix or card. Nothing is charged unless you have an available balance or request a top-up. Storing files beyond the free limit is the product's only real subscription, and it's optional.
3. Dormant account
If your credit balance hits zero and the account goes 30 days without use and without a login, the channels (WhatsApp and email) are paused so you're not exposed to a cost you didn't intend. We notify you by email before that happens. Nothing is deleted during that pause, and getting back is one click inside the product.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Clauditor to:
- sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through the connected channels;
- illegal or fraudulent content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
- trying to access another account's data or bypass the product's technical limits.
Accounts used this way may be suspended.
5. The agent can make mistakes
The agent is artificial intelligence: it follows the rules you set up, but it can misread a message or say something you wouldn't. Review what it's doing regularly, especially on decisions involving money or important commitments to your customers. Clauditor is an assistive tool. Responsibility for your customer service is still yours.

What we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. The data of the people who talk to you
When you connect your channels, Clauditor processes, on your behalf, the data of the people who talk to you. For that data, you are the controller and we are the processor, as defined by the LGPD. This means that:
- you decide what you use that data for and you are responsible for having a legal basis to process it and for responding to anyone who exercises their LGPD rights; we help with the product's tools, such as exporting the data and deleting conversations or the account;
- we process that data only to provide the service you set up, confidentially and securely, using only the vendors listed in the Privacy Policy, and never to train artificial intelligence;
- if a security incident involving that data happens, we notify you without delay, with what we know, so you can take the steps that are up to the controller;
- when the account is deleted, we delete that data too, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Cancellation
You can close your account whenever you want, from the product settings or by contacting us. When you close it, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Relevant changes are announced by email or inside the product before they take effect.
